Early Orders and Return Policy

ORDERS
Orders are items placed in your shopping cart and paid for using the shopping cart.

A pre-order is an advance order placed prior to the release of the product. Placing an order early reserves the item. Pre-order items placed in your shopping cart are charged at the time of order, but are not shipped until items are available.

Carts containing a mixture of pre-order items and in-stock items are also charged in full at time of checkout.

Items ship as they become in stock and not necessarily when all items are in stock. If you have a combined order, you may receive several shipments until your order is filled in completion.

You will only be charged for the shipping amount as shown in checkout and not for the multiple shipments.

In-stock date subject to manufacturer's delivery schedule and is subject to change without notice.

PAYMENT POLICY
Credit Cards: We accept Visa and MasterCard.

Shopping at LIVEWIRE WORLD is safe. Your credit card information is encrypted by our secure server during transmission to protect your privacy.

Money Orders: We accept money orders drawn on U.S. banks.

Personal Checks: Personal checks will be accepted. Ordered items will not be shipped until the check clears our bank, usually about 10 days after we receive and deposit it.

ACCEPTING RETURNS
We accept returns for refunds or exchanges on all products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within thirty days for a refund of your purchase price (excluding shipping and handling). 

Additional Notes:
Shipping, handling and insurance charges will be refunded ONLY if the return is due to an error on the part of LIVEWIRE WORLD.  To return or exchange an item, simply:

1. Email us at customerservice@livewireworld.com to obtain a return authorization number, or for questions regarding a return. Returns shipped without an authorization number will NOT be accepted. In your email, please explain the reason for the return.

2. Ship the package via USPS registered mail, insuring it for the full amount of the invoice plus shipping charges. LIVEWIRE WORLD is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping.
